Lease Term: 6-month agreement
Rent & Cleaning Fee: 15/hours for shared access, $30/hr for private access (72 hours required to lock in this rate/month ).
Security Deposit: $500, refundable at the end of the term, subject to kitchen inspection and compliance with lease terms.
Kitchen Hours: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Shift assignments are 3 days a week with specified time blocks. Each block is 6
hours, with 5 hours for prep/cooking and 1 hour for cleaning. 24/7 access will be available TBD.
By typing my name below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms
and conditions outlined in this application. I understand that this serves as my electronic
signature and carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and confirms my
consent to the agreements. and obligations set forth by Genesis Cloud Kitchen.
